As a valued member of our health care team, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered occupational therapy services to our seniors living in our Malden community.
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Responsibilities:
Assist occupational therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for residents Conduct assessments, interventions, and evaluations to improve residents' physical and mental functioning Implement and modify treatment plans to meet the changing needs of residents Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident progress and treatments Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and goals Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements:
Currently certified as an Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) with a minimum of 1 year of experience Active Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) professional license in Missouri.
