What You'll Do Support Occupational Therapists by assisting in patient therapy sessions Perform therapeutic activities and assist patients with exercises Monitor and document patient progress and update patient records Help patients improve independence in daily living and motor skills Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques Maintain treatment areas, equipment, and supplies in excellent condition Encourage and motivate patients throughout rehabilitation

What You Need Required:

Current OTA license in Missouri; at least 1 year of relevant experience in long-term care

Preferred:

Experience working in long-term care facilities, strong patient communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams About the
