Children's Behavioral Services (CBS) is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide coverage across our West Plains, Willow Springs, and Van Buren clinics. Responsibilities include:

Implement treatment plans developed by a licensed Occupational Therapist Deliver engaging, play-based therapy focused on fine motor, sensory, self-care, and daily living skills Accurately document patient progress and treatment sessions Communicate effectively with families and members of the interdisciplinary care team Travel between our West Plains, Willow Springs, and Van Buren clinics as needed Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current Missouri COTA license (or eligible for licensure) Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinic locations Passion for working with children and helping families thrive Pediatric experience is welcomed but not required.
