Desired Qualifications:
Active COTA license, with eligibility to practice in educational or healthcare settings Experience in a school or pediatric healthcare environment preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers, therapists, and families Ability to adapt therapeutic strategies to meet individual student needs Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services to students under the supervision of an OTR in accordance with IEP goals and best practices Assist in developing and implementing therapeutic interventions tailored to support academic and developmental progress Maintain clear and accurate documentation of sessions and student progress Participate in, and contribute to, IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions Provide guidance to classroom staff on best practices for facilitating student growth and independence Take advantage of a contract position that brings variety to your work and allows you to make a significant difference in students' lives.
