Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support residents in achieving their highest level of independence and functional ability in a skilled nursing setting. Currently hiring for Per diem.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises to improve daily living and functional skills Support residents with mobility, coordination, and self-care activities Monitor and report resident progress to the supervising therapist Maintain accurate and timely documentation Educate residents and families on therapy techniques and safety Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant therapy environment

Qualifications:
Active COTA license in the state of New Jersey Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program SNF or healthcare experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach
