Join Our Team! Support residents in achieving greater independence and quality of life through individualized rehabilitation services. Weekends also available.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver therapy services per care plan Track and document resident progress Collaborate with rehab and nursing teams
Qualifications:
Current state license/certification required Experience in skilled nursing preferred Compassionate, resident-focused care
