Full Time About the Role We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dynamic rehabilitation team in our skilled nursing facility in New Jersey. If you love helping seniors regain their independence, improve their daily living skills, and enhance their quality of life, this is the perfect opportunity for you! What You'll Do Treat residents in a subacute and long-term care setting with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Implement personalized treatment plans to improve activities of daily living (ADLs), fine motor skills, upper extremity function, strength, coordination, and functional mobility Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech therapists Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner using our electronic medical records system Participate in care plan meetings and family conferences Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a supportive team environment Report directly to the Director of Rehabilitation What We're Looking For Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the state of New Jersey (or eligible to obtain) New grads welcome!
