Job Description

Category Schools - COTA Job Type Contract Step into a fulfilling role as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) and make a positive impact on students' lives during the 2026/2027 academic year. This full-time contract opportunity is situated near Hobbs, NM and offers the chance to contribute your skills in a collaborative school environment dedicated to helping students achieve their goals. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a passion for working with children and bring experience providing occupational therapy services within educational or healthcare settings. Your contributions will support students' development and help them engage more confidently both in and out of the classroom.
Desired Qualifications:
Current COTA certification and licensure in New Mexico, or eligibility to obtain Previous experience with pediatric or school-based occupational therapy highly preferred Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Compassionate and adaptable approach toward working with students with varying needs
Key Responsibilities:
