Job Description

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Full-Time Safire Rehab of Southtowns Buffalo, NY $27-$32/hour Post Rehab is looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are seeking a motivated clinician who enjoys helping residents improve functional ability, independence, and confidence through personalized therapy care.
What You'll Do:
Carry out occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assist residents with activities focused on self-care, coordination, mobility, and daily function Use therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and functional activities to support resident goals Encourage participation and build positive relationships with residents throughout the rehab process Monitor patient response to treatment and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications:
