• Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will: Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and rehabilitation goals Conduct individual and group therapy sessions Accurately document patient progress and treatment outcomes in the EMR system Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams Help patients improve independence, strength, and overall quality of life From Up to Qualifications COTA•

Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant:

Current New York State COTA license required Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Passion for working with geriatric / elderly populations Demonstrated willingness to uphold the vision and mission of the company by following the core values of Integrity, Teamwork, and Passion for Excellence and Reverence for the Individual. This position requires regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors.
