Responsibilities Implement OT treatment plans under supervision of an Occupational Therapist Conduct therapeutic activities to improve functional skills and independence Observe, measure, and document patient progress and response to treatment Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises and adaptive strategies Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation Assist with discharge planning and home program recommendations Adhere to facility, state, and federal regulations and safety standards Adapt interventions across a variety of clinical settings (e.g., acute, SNF, home health, outpatient) Participate in professional development to maintain competencies and licensure Required Skills Therapeutic exercise implementation Activities of daily living (ADL) training Use and instruction of adaptive equipment Functional mobility and transfer techniques Patient and family education Clinical documentation and EMR systems Knowledge of OT treatment modalities Interdisciplinary team collaboration Safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance Time management and caseload prioritization
