Job Description

Oneonta City School District is accepting applications for the 2026-2027 school year for: Occupational Therapist Assistant 10-month position . NYS Certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant required.
Salary:
$39,000-$45,000, commensurate with experience.
Application deadline:
4/30/26 Providing a rigorous and opportunity-filled education to the students residing in this area has been in continuous operation since that humble one-room schoolhouse cabin was created. The Oneonta City School District currently employs approximately 355 staff members. The District is comprised of three elementary schools: Greater Plains (K-5), Riverside (K-5), and Valleyview (K-5). The middle and high schools are located on East Street in Oneonta. Our current enrollment is approximately 1700 students. Our Mission is to empower students with the knowledge, skills, and values to become productive participants in a changing world. A caring staff will encourage students to accept personal responsibility, undertake civic participation, prepare for future careers, and develop a life-long love of learning.
