Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

East Side is looking for Full Time/Part Time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for our 80-bed facility located in Warsaw NY! Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve as a member of the facility's interdisciplinary care team and incorporate the Occupational Therapy program with the resident's total plan of care. Engages residents' families, significant others, and/ or caregivers, as appropriate. Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism under all circumstances. Implements the Occupational Therapy treatment plan, under the supervision of an OT. Qualifications/Requirements Degree or certificate from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program. New York State Licensure and/or Certification-Occupational Therapist Assistant or in the process of attaining licensure. Familiarity and functional use with relevant assessment tools and procedures Travel may be required for meetings and home visits/evaluations Come join our team!
