What You'll Do Carry out OTR-established treatment plans to retrain patients in daily living activities. Assist in evaluating functional status and track patient progress. Maintain timely clinical records and update the supervising OTR on patient changes. Contribute to team case conferences and interdisciplinary meetings. Requirements Active Ohio Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license. Current CPR certification. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance.
