Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join us. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adults. Responsibilities Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with medical standards. Responsible for carrying out treatment program as directed by the supervising Occupational Therapist. Responsible for patient's personal care and environment during treatment. Responsible for preparing patient and treatment area for therapy. Responsible for recognizing changes in the patient's condition and to bring these findings to the attention of the Occupational Therapist. Skills Ability to assist patients effectively while promoting independence in daily activities. Knowledge of occupational health principles and practices.
