• Part-time, PRN ~Occupational Therapy Assistant~ Heritage is seeking a Part-Time or consistent PRN OTA Director of Rehab for our Seasons facility located in Stow.

This position can also allow for a Full-Time split w/ our Regent of Stow location. 2 days a week 10-15 hrs/week Part-Time status offers PTO accrual Join our in-house therapy team! Seasons is a 50-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Stow, Ohio. Our beautiful grounds are easy to access and just 20 minutes from Lake Rockwell and Riding Run Conservation Area.

• Occupational Therapy Assistant

• Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Administer therapeutic activities and exercises to enhance patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on occupational therapy's plan of care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.

• Qualifications:

• State licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
