Job Description

NCTA provides comprehensive, student-centered services. Our dedicated team works collaboratively with educators, families and other professionals to provide evidence-based, individualized, and comprehensive support ensuring that all students have the opportunity to reach their full potential.
Position Summary:
NCTA is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to positively impact students in the school setting. This is a fantastic opportunity to impact children's health and well-being while enjoying a great work schedule!
General Information Hours:
Part-Time position available within school hours (Approx 8am - 4pm)
Pay Range:
$25 - $32/hr Working Days or Days per week: Follows a standard school calendar 20 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
Document, monitor, analyze, and report students' progress and effects of treatment regularly in conjunction with school deadlines and procedures. Attend and report evaluations findings and therapy recommendations in family friendly language during IEP and ETR meetings. Contribute to building a positive, supportive, and learning culture through collaboration and ongoing communication between school personnel and families. Maintenance and documentation of ongoing therapy minutes and report due dates Complete necessary Medicaid billing in conjunction with school deadlines and procedures Provide ongoing treatment to assigned caseload Communicate and collaborate with supervising
Occupational Therapist Qualifications:
Associate's degree in an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program from an accredited college or university. Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist Assistant in the State of Ohio.
