Cushing, OK Organization:
Linwood Village Job Summary:
Linwood Village is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As part of our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team, you will work closely with patients to help them achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
Assist occupational therapists in the delivery of patient care, including developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing education and training to patients and their families Administer, record, and report results of standardized assessments and treatment programs Design and fabricate adaptive devices and splints as necessary Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatments and progress Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
Requirements:
Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of Oklahoma Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift, transfer, and support patients as necessary
