What You'll Do:
Provide occupational therapy services to inpatient rehab and acute care patients Collaborate with PTs and PAs on co-treatments in acute care settings Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans Document patient progress and maintain accurate records Support patient education to promote recovery and independence Adhere to all safety and compliance standards in a hospital environment
What You Need:
Oklahoma OTA license Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant Prior experience in inpatient rehab or acute care settings preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work days and adapt to fast-paced hospital environment About the
Assignment:
Join a dedicated inpatient rehabilitation team focused on patient recovery and quality care. This unit averages around 12 patients per shift, providing a manageable caseload for effective treatment and patient engagement. Options for co-treating with PTAs enhance collaborative care and professional growth.
