Job Description

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - PRN Letort Spring Nursing and Rehab | Carlisle, PA Letort Spring Nursing and Rehab, a skilled nursing facility located in Carlisle, PA, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. If you're passionate about helping others regain their independence and thrive in a supportive, team-centered environment, we'd love to meet you. Position offers consistent scheduling of approximately 20-30 hours per week. What You'll Do Assist in delivering occupational therapy services under the supervision and direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist Implement individualized treatment plans designed to enhance residents' functional abilities, mobility, and overall quality of life Observe and document resident progress, reporting changes and outcomes to the Occupational Therapist and nursing team Educate and train residents, families, and caregivers on safe and effective techniques to support daily living activities Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote continuity and coordination of care across all disciplines What You'll Need Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the State of Pennsylvania Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred, but not required Demonstrated commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care with a positive and professional attitude What We Offer Competitive pay Tuition reimbursement - up to $5,250 per year Student loan repayment assistance - up to $2,625 per year for qualifying non-federal loans Comprehensive health benefits: Vision Dental Medical 401(k) retirement plan with company match Generous paid time off (PTO) Supportive environment with growth opportunities Why Join Letort Spring?
