Job Description

Position Summary At Clear Path Pediatric Therapy, our mission is to help children create a clear pathway to a bright future. We are excited to add a dedicated and licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist or a Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant to our growing multidisciplinary team, initially starting off with required evening hours of Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 3pm to 7pm . There are opportunities to expand into daytime hours and possibly a full-time position in the future, as we continue to grow at a rapid pace. This is a wonderful opportunity to work in a collaborative, family-centered environment where therapists are valued, supported, and encouraged to grow. As an Occupational Therapist at Clear Path, you will provide individualized evaluations and therapy to children with a variety of sensory, motor, and developmental needs. We welcome both experienced OTs and new graduates —our strong mentorship program ensures you'll receive guidance, supervision, and opportunities for professional growth. Required supervision for COTAs would be provided. What Makes This Role Special Evening hours: Perfect for candidates who already work another job during the day, or want to spend time with their family during the day and work evenings. Work-life balance : 3pm-7pm Monday, Tuesday, and Friday evenings are available. Manageable caseloads with ample indirect time for planning, documentation, and family communication. Collaborative culture with PTs, SLPs, psychologists, and family support specialists working as one team.
Community-focused :
Opportunities to engage in family events, outreach, and team-building activities. Responsibilities Provide high-quality occupational therapy evaluations (licensed OTs) and treatment plans tailored to each child. Deliver therapy in individual and small-group settings in the clinic. Support children with sensory processing, fine motor, self-care, and regulation skills. Collaborate with families and caregivers to empower them with strategies for success at home and in the community. Partner with other professionals as part of the multidisciplinary team. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting. Stay current with evidence-based practices and approaches in pediatric occupational therapy. Qualifications Associates in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (COTAs only) Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current Pennsylvania OT license (or eligibility for licensure). Pediatric experience preferred, but not required—mentorship available. Ability to pass all required background checks.
