Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - PRN Myerstown Nursing and Rehab | Myerstown, PA Myerstown Nursing and Rehab, a skilled nursing facility located in Myerstown, PA, is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team.   • PRN position
  • Up to 20 hours per week available
  • Open to candidates seeking consistent PRN scheduling What You'll Do
  • Assist in delivering occupational therapy services under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
  • Carry out individualized treatment plans to help residents improve function, mobility, and quality of life
  • Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the therapy and nursing teams
  • Train and educate residents and caregivers on safe and effective strategies for daily living
  • Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care What You'll Need
  • Active COTA license in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Prior experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is a plus, but not required
