Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - PRN Myerstown Nursing and Rehab | Myerstown, PA Myerstown Nursing and Rehab, a skilled nursing facility located in Myerstown, PA, is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. - PRN position
- Up to 20 hours per week available
- Open to candidates seeking consistent PRN scheduling What You'll Do
- Assist in delivering occupational therapy services under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Carry out individualized treatment plans to help residents improve function, mobility, and quality of life
- Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the therapy and nursing teams
- Train and educate residents and caregivers on safe and effective strategies for daily living
- Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care What You'll Need
- Active COTA license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is a plus, but not required
