Job Description:

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our per diem team serving the pediatric population (birth to age 10). This hybrid role involves providing services in-home or within the community (typically within a 10-15 mile radius of Fallbrook, CA and Temecula, CA, or your starting location) approximately 75% of the time, with approximately 25% delivered virtually. A minimum of 5 hours of on-site availability per week is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services to children birth to age 10 Collaborate with supervising OTs and the interdisciplinary team Document sessions accurately and on time Travel to client homes in the Temecula/Fallbrook areas Deliver virtual sessions as appropriate

Qualifications:

Licensed COTA in California Minimum 1 year of pediatric or early intervention experience preferred Reliable, organized, and communicative Must be available for at least 5 hours per week of direct care
