Job Description

Cayer Behavioral Group—recognized for excellence in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)—has expanded into Pediatric Occupational Therapy, and we're building something special from the ground up. We're seeking Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) who are passionate about pediatric care, value collaboration, and want to grow within a supportive, multidisciplinary team. Whether you're a seasoned COTA or a new graduate, you'll receive structured support, mentorship, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families. This role offers a highly flexible service delivery model, allowing you to work across clinic, school, and home-based settings based on your availability and skillset. It's an excellent fit for a COTA looking to build a schedule that aligns with their lifestyle while gaining diverse pediatric experience. You'll start with a minimum of 10 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase hours as your caseload grows. Scheduling and caseload expansion are driven by client needs, your availability, and insurance authorizations—with support from our administrative team to help you build and maintain consistency. Training, onboarding, and ongoing supervision are provided both on-site and remotely to ensure your confidence and success in the role. Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's goals Support children with a range of developmental and functional needs in building independence Track and document client progress accurately and consistently Collaborate with families and caregivers to reinforce therapeutic strategies across settings Maintain a consistent and reliable caseload Manage and organize your schedule across clinic, school, and/or home-based services Utilize company-provided systems for documentation and communication Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment in all service settings
