Because we're still growing, this role may be especially appealing to an OTA who wants to start with a smaller caseload, build confidence working with this population, and gradually take on more as referrals and availability align. Position Overview The Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) will provide community-based / virtual services under OT supervision to autistic and ADHD children in Houston TX and surrounding areas including but not limited to Spring Branch, Heights, Pearland, Spring, Fulshear, Cypress, Pearland, and Sugar Land. Responsibilities Conduct occupational therapy treatment sessions in-home, in-school or telehealth Support clients with executive functioning, sensory regulation, daily routines, work participation, self-advocacy, and independent living skills Provide services that are neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and client-centered Collaborate with the parents and report to the supervising OT What We Offer Part-time W-2 employment Starting rate of $50 per client-facing hour Mileage reimbursement Flexible scheduling based on your availability Direct, accessible mentorship and clinical support Opportunity to help shape and grow an emerging area of occupational therapy practice
