Job Description

Join a full‑time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant role in a rural South Dakota community. Provide individualized therapy under OT supervision, improve patient mobility and independence, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized treatment plans under OT supervision Assist patients to improve mobility, independence, and daily living activities Monitor progress and document therapeutic outcomes Educate patients and families on exercises and home programs Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams for high‑quality patient care Maintain compliance with regulatory, safety, and facility guidelines

Qualifications:

Associate's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current South Dakota COTA license or eligibility to obtain NBCOT certification BLS certification

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in a therapy or rehabilitation setting
