As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting, you will provide skilled rehabilitative treatment designed to improve mobility, reduce pain, increase strength, and restore functional performance for activities of daily living. Working under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in supporting patient recovery while delivering compassionate, high-quality care. What You'll Do As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will: Implement and administer occupational therapy treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist Deliver therapeutic interventions focused on restoring function and maximizing independence Apply infection control and universal precaution standards during patient care Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation Communicate effectively with patients, families, interdisciplinary team members, and healthcare professionals Support continuity of care and contribute to positive patient outcomes Promote company values, agency philosophy, and operational standards Qualifications Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in applicable state Home Health or Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred Current CPR certification Valid Driver's License Valid Auto Insurance Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) preferred Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, crawl, squat, and kneel for extended periods Ability to lift, carry, pull, and/or push up to 100 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodat
