We are looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our pediatric therapy team in Fort Worth. We are a child-centered practice that provides play-based, individualized therapy in a warm and welcoming environment. Our goal is to help children and families thrive while celebrating their language, culture, and individuality. What You'll Do Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric clients under the supervision of a licensed OTR Implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic activities Help children develop skills related to fine motor coordination, sensory processing, self-care, visual-motor skills, and participation in daily activities Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, families, and other members of the child's care team Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Create a fun, supportive, and engaging therapy environment We're Looking For Current COTA certification Texas licensure/eligibility to practice as a COTA Experience working with children preferred Passion for pediatric occupational therapy Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented Strong communication and organizational skills Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred but not required Why Bloom?
