A Day in the Life of a COTA As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you will work under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist, carrying out individualized treatment plans based on each client's plan of care. This role includes both pediatric and adult patients in a home health setting. You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule and coordinate directly with clients to deliver care in their homes. COTAs who enjoy hands-on, creative care in a flexible and varied environment will thrive in this role.
