Job Description

Step into a fulfilling opportunity supporting students across K-12 environments as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with a strong focus on therapy services. This contract position involves working closely with a diverse caseload in a school-based setting, providing essential occupational therapy interventions that empower young learners to achieve their full potential. The role begins as soon as possible and continues through late May, 2027, offering a stable and rewarding commitment. Your schedule will consist of two days per week, totaling 15 hours weekly, allowing for both impactful work and flexibility in your routine.
Qualifications:
Current COTA certification, required Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred Ability to collaborate effectively with occupational therapists, educators, and other team members Strong communication skills and adaptability to evolving student needs Familiarity with providing therapy services as part of IEP teams
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct therapy services to K-12 students as outlined in Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Document progress and adapt strategies to maximize student engagement and development Participate in assessments, goal-setting, and collaborative meetings with staff and families Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with school and state guidelines Support inclusive education by promoting access and participation for all students In addition to a competitive hourly rate of $35, enjoy weekly pay for consistent and reliable earnings.
