Pediatrics Healthcare treatment Full Job Description Frisco Feeding and Speech Therapy (FFST) is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping children build independence, confidence, and functional skills for everyday life. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who wants to grow, specialize, and thrive in a fun, driven, and socially conscientious environment. FFST supports children with a wide range of developmental, sensory, motor, and cognitive needs, including medically complex cases. Our Occupational Therapy team goes beyond standard intervention and has opportunities to specialize in areas such as: Sensory processing and regulation support Fine motor and visual motor development Executive functioning and executive dysfunction Self care skills and independence training Emotional regulation and anxiety support Developmental delays and neurodiversity affirming care Collaboration with feeding, speech, and lactation services We believe that superior intervention starts with superiorly trained, mentored, and certified clinicians. Position Details Schedule:
Full Time, Monday to Thursday (Friday optional)
Locations:
Prosper, TX Setting:
Outpatient pediatric clinic Responsibilities Meet productivity expectations and clinic standards Complete diagnostic assessments for a wide range of pediatric clinical needs Develop and implement individualized therapy plans Provide evidence based treatment for identified disorders Maintain required documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) Collaborate with related providers to ensure quality, coordinated care Provide continuous parent education and family support Pursue continuing education to support and strengthen clinical skill development Qualifications Current Texas licensure through the appropriate board (OTR or COTA) Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (or associate degree for COTA) Two years of pediatric experience preferred Experience with sensory processing, fine motor, and developmental delays preferred Experience using an electronic medical record for documentation preferred
