Role:

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide individualized, in-home therapy for pediatric patients throughout San Antonio . You'll collaborate with licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) to help children reach developmental milestones through engaging, therapeutic care.

Scheduling Options:

Part-Time:

12-24 visits/week

Full-Time:

25+ visits/week We work around your availability—daytime and after-school visits are both needed!

Key Responsibilities:

Support the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans. Assist in assessing functional abilities using standardized and non-standardized tools. Educate families on home programs, adaptive strategies, and daily routines. Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to care coordination.
