We are hiring Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) across Texas to provide in-home therapy services for children with developmental, physical, and sensory needs. Caseload Ready of 24 visits/week, with options to build to 30+ visits per week Meaningful, patient-centered care in the home and community Flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time options) Supportive, clinician-led culture with mentorship Opportunities for growth and leadership development CEU and professional license reimbursement Strong interdisciplinary collaboration Opportunity to make a lasting impact on children and families What You'll Do Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (OTs) Implement treatment plans under supervision (COTAs) Develop and/or execute individualized treatment plans and goals Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Document care in an electronic medical record system Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
Qualifications Required:
Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license (Texas) Current CPR certification
Preferred:
