Progressive Rehab Solutions - 4.5 Tyler, TX Job Details Full-time 19 hours ago Qualifications Occupational Therapy Assistant License Associate's degree in occupational therapy COTA Associate's degree Full Job Description Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Reports To Occupational Therapist / Director of Rehabilitation Job Summary Provides OT services under supervision of a licensed OT. Assists patients in regaining daily living and independence. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Carry out OT treatment plans. Instruct patients in adaptive equipment and self-care. Document services and report progress to OT. Collaborate with therapy and nursing staff. Qualifications Associate's Degree from accredited OTA program. Current state license. Experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- KSAs Knowledge of OT activities. Ability to follow OT instructions. Strong communication skills. Physical & Environmental Requirements Lifting, standing, walking, bending. Healthcare and LTC facility environment.
