OUR WORKPLACE
Meadow Peak Rehab and Assisted Living (located in Taylorsville) is a skilled nursing facility operating 24/7. Our facility is committed to providing the highest quality of care and services assuring human dignity and quality of life for our residents, their families, and our employees.
JOB SUMMARY
Our Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants work to develop, improve, or restore skills in activities of daily living, work or productive activities and play or leisure. Intervention involves therapeutic use of meaningful and purposeful occupation, adaptation of environments for the promotion of health and wellness. Some of the job responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Respect others by treating them the way we want to be treated. Demonstrate kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity at all times. Ability to prioritize and coordinate the needs of multiple patients. Able to plan, develop, organize and implement successful Therapy plans. Ensure excellent communication among residents and families. Help create a culture of superior customer service. Assist with improving our current processes and OT Team
