Adventist Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide compassionate home health services focused on whole-person care-mind, body, and spirit. In this field-based role, you will deliver occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, helping patients safely maximize independence in their homes. Responsibilities include implementing care plans, providing ADL training, educating patients and caregivers, documenting in the EMR, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary, faith-based team.
