  • , you will work under the supervision of a certified occupational therapist to design and implement customized therapy plans for our patients.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting patients with exercises, activities, and routines to improve their functional abilities and independence
  • Conducting thorough assessments to identify patient needs and goals
  • Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans to meet patient needs
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
  • Educating patients and their families on proper techniques and strategies for continued progress
  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in a variety of settings, including skilled nursing facilities and outpatient clinics
  • Utilize therapeutic activities and modalities to improve patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
  • Participate in patient care conferences and team meetings to discuss patient progress and goals
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices through continuing education and professional development

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
  • Wisconsin state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
