Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated
Occupational Therapist Assistant
to join our team. The successful candidate will support patients through treatment plans, helping them achieve meaningful progress and improved quality of life.
Qualifications & Skills:
+ Strong understanding of
upper extremity and hand treatments
+ Proficiency in
manual therapy techniques
+ Knowledge of
occupational therapy stretches and exercises
+ Physical strength and stamina, including the ability to safely lift and assist patients + Ability to follow and execute detailed instructions accurately + Skilled in
measuring range of motion
+ Understanding of how to
progress treatment plans
+ Ability to recommend modifications to the Occupational Therapist when appropriate + Excellent
interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
+ Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care + Strong
attention to detail
, reporting skills, and documentation accuracy + Proficiency in manual therapy, stretches, and range of motion measurement
Qualifications
+ NBCOT certified; graduate from an accredited college + Current state of Wyoming license + Outgoing and energetic personality
