Job Summary:

• Schedule appointments and manage patient records using electronic medical records (EMR) system
• Collaborate with optometrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care ```

Skills:

• Familiarity with medical records management and confidentiality protocols
• Previous experience in retail management or customer service roles
• Understanding of optical terminology, lens types, and frame styles
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment for basic eyewear adjustments
• Familiarity with medical terminology related to eye care
