Job Description

Henry Eye Clinic is a multi-physician office seeking a full-time ophthalmic/optometry technician, to help us provide quality eye care to our patients, of all ages. This position requires an understanding of patient care, communication and team work. Previous experience or certification beneficial, but we are always willing to train the right applicant. We believe this is a fabulous opportunity to learn and grow in a position, while getting paid! You can increase your knowledge base about the eye care world, become certified and even get involved in the optometry/ophthalmology community. Job Description Our technicians perform patient work-ups to prepare our patients to be examined and/or treated by our physicians. Perform diagnostic testing by operating various ophthalmic equipment within our office. Transcribes physician's examination data into a patient's electronic medical record. Performs various clerical or administrative functions as needed. Pay based on previous experience and/or certification. Applicants also need the ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
