Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and perform front desk duties, ensuring a welcoming environment. Conduct patient intake, including gathering medical history. Perform pre-testing procedures. Provide outstanding support to patients, ensuring their comfort and answering their questions.
Qualifications:
Experience in a medical or optometry setting is a plus, but not required. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
