Job Description

Location/Schedule:
This position will work Monday-Friday, no weekends, between the hours of 8 am-5:00pm. The Home base for this position is on Cherry Ave in Fontana, CA. There is only one location. SPANISH fluency
Compensation:
We offer a competitive starting wage that will be based on experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Front Office Coordination:
No experience needed, we will train you, but must show that you have stayed at jobs for longevity and not moved around too much-- you must be reliable and show up daily. Greet and check in patients, verify demographics and insurance, and ensure accurate records Spanish speaking with great customer service skills Answer phone calls, check in patients, billing, schedule patients, perform insurance authorizations, has good rapport with patients Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, recalls, and reschedules Answer phones, texts, and emails in a timely and professional manner Verify insurance benefits and communicate patient financial responsibility clearly Collect payments, assist with billing inquiries, and support claims processing without errors Performs patient workups along with preliminary and diagnostic testing including visual acuity, patient history, lensometry if needed, and visual fields in accordance with established protocols. (Can offer training if no experience) On time and punctual, reliable Coordinate office flow and act as a liaison between providers, staff, and patients

Patient Care Assist patients in patient messages and refills Help with patient phone calls Help manage patients needing extra assistance
