Ophthalmic Technician / Optometric Technician 477 East Colorado Boulevard, Pasadena, CA 91101 $18.04 - $21.00 an hour - Part-time, Full-time $18.04 - $21.00 an hour - Part-time, Full-time Award-winning Optometry Office in Pasadena has immediate opening for experienced Ophthalmic Tech and Optometric Tech. We seek highly motivated individuals with strong commitment to excellence and a desire to advance based on performance. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Testing:

The majority of your time will be in the clinic area, assisting the doctors by performing pre-exam testing (NCT) as well as other tests ordered by the doctor including A-Scans, Visual Fields, OptoMap, etc. Eyewear adjustments and/or repairs -- experience optional but helpful. Maintain appropriate standards of quality, honesty, and patient service. Work with others to ensure comprehensive completion of all tasks.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year experience as an Ophthalmic Tech or Optometric Tech.

Work Location:

In person, in beautiful downtown Pasadena, near dozens of restaurants, shops, cafes, and museums. We are conveniently located near light-rail, bus lines, and the 210, 134, and 110 Freeways. Our location is across from the Paseo Pasadena Mall. Pasadena is one hour from the Southern California beaches as well as the ski slopes and hiking. Minglih Emily Linden, O.D. and associates. All positions require Saturday work hours.
