Full time Optometric Technician and Front Desk Coordinator

EyeQ is looking for a dynamic individual to help as an optometric technician and support for our front desk.

Duties:

pretesting patients and auxiliary testing (our office has HVF, OCT, Topography) managing patient flow check-in patients prepare schedules, insurance authorizations confirmation notifications recalls scheduling patients Our ideal candidate: Detail oriented Ability to multitask Excellent customer service skills High energy Desire to help people and work in a collaborative environment Experience with an EHR is a huge plus, but not a requirement. Expected schedule is 4-5 days per week and weekend availability is required. We are looking for someone who is positive, engaging, driven and focused. Experience as an optometric technician is not required. We will train the right individual. EyeQ has an upbeat working environment with a great team of hard-working and genuine individuals.
