A Unique Career Growth Opportunity This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in every aspect of a modern optometry practice. As an Optometric Technician, you will receive training across multiple areas of the office, including: Front desk and patient reception Clinical pre-testing and patient work-ups Medical documentation and scribing Patient education and care coordination Optical services, eyewear recommendations, and frame styling Practice operations and workflow management Whether you're welcoming patients, performing diagnostic testing, assisting the doctor during examinations, or helping patients select the perfect eyewear, your contributions will play a vital role in both the patient experience and the success of our practice. Optical Experience Preferred Candidates with prior optical experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Experience with frame styling, lens recommendations, eyewear sales, measurements, adjustments, repairs, and helping patients understand their prescription is highly valued. A strong understanding of premium lens options, coatings, and visual solutions is a significant advantage. However, we recognize that great team members come from diverse backgrounds. While prior ophthalmic, optometric, or optical experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates enthusiasm, professionalism, and a desire to learn.
