Job Description

We are looking for an experienced System Engineer / Technical Manager to lead the technical definition, development, integration, and delivery of our NOCTA / NavGuard product line. NOCTA (also known as NavGuard / OBOX) is a battle-proven electro-optical navigation solution designed for GPS-denied environments , providing reliable, drift-free positioning even when traditional navigation systems are compromised. Developed entirely in-house, NOCTA combines advanced algorithms, software, sensors, and hardware technologies into a robust system integrated into operational platforms and real mission environments. As the technical lead, you will drive multidisciplinary engineering activities and play a key role in delivering high-performance products to customers worldwide. Responsibilities Lead the system engineering and technical management of the NOCTA product line throughout the full product lifecycle. Define system architecture, interfaces, operational concepts, and technical requirements. Translate customer and operational needs into structured technical solutions and engineering priorities. Act as the primary technical focal point across software, algorithms, hardware, electronics, mechanics, integration, and validation teams. Lead technical decision-making and trade-off analysis across performance, cost, schedule, and operational requirements. Ensure system readiness through structured engineering processes including requirement management, risk management, verification, and validation. Support integration into airborne and tactical platforms, including testing, troubleshooting, and field activities. Work closely with R D, QA, Operations, Program Management, and customers to ensure successful product execution. Support customer demonstrations, evaluations, and technical discussions while monitoring industry trends and emerging technologies. Requirements 8+ years of experience in systems engineering, technical leadership, project management, or similar multidisciplinary roles. Strong understanding of complex electro-optical systems involving software, algorithms, sensors, hardware, and platform integration. Experience in system architecture, requirement definition, interface management, and technical leadership. Background in drones, UAVs, navigation systems, electro-optics, computer vision, or GNSS-denied environments. Experience writing system requirements and technical specifications. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a hands-on approach. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Experience in defense, aerospace, robotics, homeland security, or autonomous systems. Experience working with military or operational customers. Familiarity with multidisciplinary hardware-software development and validation processes. Experience supporting proposals, demonstrations, and customer-facing technical activities.
