This is a great position for those wanting to contribute to patient care as well as start or further their career in healthcare! Individual may also be cross-trained in other areas of the practice. This individual is responsible for performing an extensive number of data collection functions, as delegated by the physician. Individual is responsible for providing chair-side assistance, performing diagnostic tests as required by physician and providing accurate documentation and summary of the ocular examination and recommendations while maintaining patient flow and communication within the clinic. Individual is responsible for assisting the physician during the contact lens fitting/evaluation process; training the patient in the care, insertion, and removal of contact lenses. •Experience with manifest refraction a huge plus!• Salary depends on experience.
