As it was with our very first eye center, our dedicated Chicago eye doctors and staff are committed to keeping your eyes healthy, giving you the best possible vision and superior patient care. We offer comprehensive eye exams, stylish glasses, and contacts, along with a variety of eye health checkups. What we're looking for: Rosin Eyecare is currently seeking a highly motivated individual for an Optometric Technician position. This will be full-time position and will be located in North Naperville. If problem-solving is your forte and you have a knack for noticing the tiniest detail, we want to add you to our team! Responsibilities/Duties will include but not limited to: Promptly and professionally assisting the doctor in patient care. Performing technical workups, patient histories and special testing. Responsible for maintaining medical supply and equipment inventory. Maintain and clean all equipment being used. Report to Equipment Coordinator if not in working condition. Returning phone calls to patients and pharmacies in a timely manner. Efficiently and accurately interview patients and documents histories. Assists the doctor with contact lens evaluations. Safely and effectively complete contact lens insertion and removal training with patients.

Accurately performs:

Lensometry Tonometry Humphrey Visual Fields Muscle Testing Pupil Exams Topography OCT Fundus Photos Minimum Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Successful completion of JCAHPO Certified Ophthalmic Assistant is a plus but not required. Candidate must be professional, dependable, energetic, customer service oriented and a team player.
