Full Job Description General:

Braintree Eye Associates is a fast-paced optometry office located in Braintree, Massachusetts. Utilizing the latest technology, our office serves a large geographical area along with its diverse population. We're constantly on the look-out for intelligent, motivated, and friendly people to join our team as we continue to expand.

Duties:

An optometric/ophthalmic technician is an exciting position involving working with many different patients on a daily basis. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Detailed medical history taking
• Non-contact tonometry
• Refraction
• Digital lensometry
• Vision and entrance screening (acuity, motility, pupil testing, and visual fields)
• Pupillary dilation
• Retinal photography
• OCT screening
• Contact lens fitting
• Pachymetry
• Aiding doctors in advanced testing
