Job Description

We are looking for 2 team members to join our wonderful team, an Optometric Technician and a Receptionist. We offer on the job training for either position. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and efficient clinic operations. Either position will assist in ensuring patients receive a friendly experience. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and commitment to patient service will help us maintain the highest standards of eye care. These positions offer an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. Responsibilities of the
Receptionist:
Greet patients warmly, verify their appointment details, and efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes Answer a multi-line phone system and monitor incoming texts and faxes Perform insurance eligibility verification. Use insurance knowledge to help patients best use their benefits Maintain the schedule and make sure the patient flow is running efficiently Responsibilities of the Technician Support patient examinations by taking the patients through the pretesting equipment while explaining the steps clearly to patients, and ensuring their comfort throughout the visit Assist patients in contact lens insertion and removal Maintain clean, orderly rooms throughout the clinic Back-up the receptionists as needed by answering the phones and checking in and out patients Requirements Excellent patient service skills with a friendly demeanor Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality in all interactions Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while providing outstanding patient care. Pay:
$15.00 per hour
